Meet Our Staff

Cathy, PT - Cathy graduated from St. Louis University with a BS in Physical Therapy followed by an MBA from Xavier University. In 1989, Cathy opened her first clinic which was affiliated with the University Pain Control Center. Several years later, she moved her clinic to the current White Oak location and added clinics in Bridgetown and Northern Kentucky. She has had extensive experience in pain management, home health, manual therapy, and orthopedics. Cathy also enjoys clinical education of physical therapy students and has worked with many colleges and universities training therapy interns. She is an advocate for providing high quality care to patients and promotes the CARE™ approach for treating injuries with all her staff; Complete Attention, Results, and Experience. Out of the office, Cathy enjoys biking anywhere in the world, skiing, mission work, and traveling. She is also a Xavier Musketeer basketball fan and tries not to miss a game!
Renee, PT - recently moved with her husband and son from New Orleans, LA. She comes to Guenthner Physical Therapy with 19 years of experience in Physical Therapy and health and wellness instruction. Renee has developed a very strong manual therapy background and has worked extensively with disorders of the spine, TMJ, and headache conditions. She also has a unique approach combining orthopedic and neurological treatment protocols to treat balance, vestibular, and generalized dizziness disorders. Renee is an active teacher in the area of wellness and health promotion to the community and to her colleagues in Physical Therapy.
Kristin PTA - Kristin graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a BS in Health Science. She later returned to UC to become a physical therapy assistant. Kristin’s love of outpatient orthopedics brought her to Guenthner where her smile, positive attitude, and knowledge of orthopedics help the patient’s and staff alike. In her spare time, Kristin loves riding her horse, Rafa, and spending time poolside with her friends.
Beth - Beth started at the front desk at Guenthner in January 2008 after she and her son received physical therapy at GPT. She had such a positive experience that she gladly accepted a job offer to stay. Beth’s smiling face and great sense of humor make her a natural at helping clients navigate insurance and scheduling issues. She also works as an aide helping the therapists. You can always find Beth during baseball and football season rooting for her favorite teams, the Reds and Bengals. She also enjoys reading and refinishing furniture.
