Guenthner Physical Therapy offers fitness evaluations for those who want to improve their level of fitness. During this evaluation, a physical therapist will evaluate your posture, coordination, balance, agility, flexibility, core strength and cardiovascular level. You will work with the therapist to come up with a plan you can follow on your own for a healthy lifestyle!
Tai Chi combines gentle movements and slow breathing to focus on the integration of mind and body. The focus on slow movements increase strength and help to improve flexibility and balance.

Guenthner Physical Therapy has held balance class sessions for 3 years at Green Township senior center. This class focuses on strengthening and working muscles used in everyday balance activities. This class can be done in sitting or standing. Due to the amount of positive feedback from the participants, we plan to continue our class regularly! The current session is on hold at this time due to the COVID-19 situation. We are looking forward to resuming class when able. The dates and times will be announced shortly.
